本專案為台灣智慧共享停車品牌 USPACE 進軍日本市場打造的 官方網站 UI/UX 設計與品牌客製化插畫系統。
因應日本市場對於新創服務的高度品質需求與信任門檻，設計策略以「親和力」與「清晰直觀」為核心。透過繪製專屬品牌角色與活潑的向量插畫，將複雜的 IoT 智慧地鎖與共享經濟模式轉化為生動易懂的圖像語言；介面上精準梳理「C 端車主預約 App」與「B 端地主空地加盟（JOIN USPACE）」雙向商業模式，打造具備在地化信任感的跨國網頁體驗。
Project Overview
A tailored website UI/UX redesign and custom illustration system created for USPACE Japan, a leading IoT smart parking sharing platform expanding into the Japanese market.
To bridge the gap between complex smart hardware and user trust in Japan, the visual strategy utilizes vibrant custom character illustrations and intuitive step-by-step workflows. The interface effectively balances two distinct user journeys: B2C app engagement for drivers (Search, Book, Pay) and B2B partnership acquisition for property owners (Space Sharing & Monetization). The result is a highly accessible, trustworthy, and converted landing page experience optimized for market entry.
